DAVID J RODECKER
Founder and CTO

DAVID has been involved with high-technology companies for over a decade. David led technology development at Interchange Corporation, launching local.com which became the fastest growing local search destination hitting 4.4MM unique visitors in 3 months. Over 6 years, David held key senior positions at Interchange which IPO’d in 2004, raising $22MM. As a founding partner at Mail2World, he created an e-mail service, establishing its use to 6.5MM hosted mailboxes in 3 with clients ICQ, iVillage, EsMas and NetIdentity. David has appeared on CNBC and TechTV evangelizing Web-hosted software services. At PIMCO, the world’s largest manager of fixed income portfolios, David led the implementation of a high-capacity electronic exchange, which conducted over $1.2 trillion dollars in trades during its first year. David has also consulted as a technical analyst to Fortune 500 companies. David graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Southern California as a Phi Kappa Phi scholar and holds an MS degree in Biomathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

A veteran of the interactive space, Northart was Director of Operations for Deluxe Corporation’s SMB interactive initiative and a founding employee at WebVisible, Inc., serving as a Marketing Analyst, Director of Media Operations and Creative Development over a span of nine years. Free time interests include women’s college and professional basketball, animal rights efforts and travel to historic sites. She holds a BA and MA in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a PhD in History from the University of Mississippi.

MAX first arrived in California after a three-day train ride from Michigan, and it wasn’t long before he started planning his permanent move to the Golden State. He is a devout fan of the Michigan State Basketball & Football programs, though it’s not as easy to catch a game as it was when he lived on campus! Max enjoys Stephen King, The Simpsons, and heading to Burbank on the weekends to party with his uncle’s band, The M/C Rockers!

Rina enjoys family time, traveling, dry humor, yoga, hiking and dislikes shopping. Lacking much of a social life, she spends enough of her current time playing “Zombies” on Call of Duty.
